We feel so blessed to share The Gate House with you! Originally from Lancaster, PA, we now reside outside of Baltimore, MD with our boys, Brooks & Wesley and our cat, Lamar Jackson Good. We love spending time on the water, eating ice cream and cheering for all things UVA. We hope that you enjoy the house as much as we do!

We are super excited for you to experience our vacation home. We fell in love with Smith Mountain Lake when our family enjoyed the most relaxing and fun-filled vacation we ever had - which led us to being owners of The Gate House. We have been long time residents of Lancaster, PA and our greatest joy is spending time with family. Together with our two sons and their wives, Josh & Ashley and Tyler & Natalie, we expect to spend many years at our second home and create countless happy memories. Our hope is that you too will enjoy your time and build your own fun-filled memories at The Gate House on Smith Mountain Lake.

Welcome to The Gate House, a beautifully decorated lakefront 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on Smith Mountain Lake with easy access to a private waterfront and dock. You will enjoy spectacular views of the main channel from our quiet cove with plenty of deep water to park your boat as well as swim, kayak, or paddle board. Ten minutes to boat rentals, grocery store, and restaurants! Enjoy your time with family/friends with two levels of entertainment space; something for everyone!
